The location is great, 10 minutes' walk to Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery. What is more, it's close to the city centre. The room is compact and budget.

The place was clean and exceptional, it had outstandingly helpful staff who understand customer service. The breakfast was great value and nice hot, the check in was easy. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. Spent here 1 good day and would love to come back.

Nice reception area, very centrally located, helpful staff, room size sufficient, Victoria Station with shuttle to Sherwood Forrest just minutes from the hotel (costs only 10 pounds for 2 people for full day)
with opened window loud noises of air conditioners, no nice view into the inner courtyard, a little musty smell in the hotel, because there are carpets everywhere

Room had air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a safety deposit box. Free toiletries and hairdryer were provided. Robes and slippers. Loved the indoor pool for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries and juice. Staff were super attentive, providing helpful recommendations for local sights.
